Putting it on your desk at work and at home is a simple step, and it makes a huge difference when you look at it every day.

TAKE ACTION:

Read through your All 34 CliftonStrengths and Top 5 Themes reports and highlight them. Underline the parts that make you think, "that's totally me!" Make notes about specific situations at work where you often see yourself thinking or acting in those ways.

This action will help you continue to embrace your strengths as your own and builds authenticity in your leadership style.
